  It's been a long time since we've had a decent Mexican Restaurant here in Agoura. In Southern California you expect to find good Mexican food. Well, not since I lived down in Laguna have I found a REAL Mexican Restaurant until now. The food is so fresh and authentic I expected to find my best friends mom in the kitchen making the tamales. The chef brought out a complimentary appetizer that he's developing just to see if we would like it. It was ridiculously delicious. Testing your food at that level means you really DO care what you serve Not to mention that the chef is always looking for new and exciting dishes. We were a group of 7 people and everyone flipped over their meals. I can't say enough good things. Go eat here. You'll make it your "go-to" place to eat. Oh! And the margaritas were the best ever! All fresh squeezed ingredients. Not pre-bottled mixes. Their salsa, guacamole and home made chips were a delicious meal in itself. Thank you Plata Taqueria for opening in Agoura Hills. The staff were amazing and the place itself very pretty. GO EAT HERE NOW!

  I've eaten here a few times for bfast and like it. It's definitely a hole in the wall but the food is good. I've had their bfast burritos and it's cheap with good sized portions. Every time I've gone they seem to have a lot of locals so that's good that people keep coming back. I'm usually here around 6:45 or 7am so I've been able to find street parking but it's dtla so I wouldn't expect that during lunch.
  Overall a good spot.

  Love this place so much amazing Margaritas amazing food great way to spend my birthday dinner. I highly recommend this place.
